This dramatic 70-story Residential Tower for Dubai has a Hotel with Residences above and is surround by a cluster of Low Rise office building and retail at the grade level.

Clearly the prototype of Rockefeller Center in New York has been influential in the architectural design of this complex. This 70-story Tower and its base complex will be built entirely out of glass. This particular glass color is very important, in that it is exactly the color of the blue-green water in the Persian Gulf. Hopefully this reference of color will truly place this complex in Dubai.

Parking is organized below grade and the Hotel Lobby and Residential lobby have separate entrances.
