Moscow New Ring
Moscow, Russia

Architectural Design has been completed for three residential towers to be built as part of the Moscow Ring Program. This program calls for new residential buildings on 60 sites around the inner city of Moscow. Each complex will have its own existing subway station, as well as schools, shops and parks. The Moscow Ring Program is a strategy to help balance the traffic in Moscow, as well as to guide the spread of uncontrolled development in the city.

The design concept has been to organize the 3-towers above the public arrivals space. Elaborate retail and community meeting spaces have designed for the first two levels above grade, with parking organized below grade.
