The site for this fifty-story residential complex is in the center of the new office district of Bangkok. The program called for a variety of condominium residences designed for young professional couples, executives, and others who want to be within walking distance of their working environment, restaurants, schools, and shopping areas.

Out of the base rises the residential tower, 252 condominiums that have spectacular panoramic views. The tower's stepped profile mediates the building's scale between the skyline and the street and enhances views with bay windows that step out at each residential unit.

The bay window provides floor-to-ceiling glass, which increases the spaciousness of each residence. This "inner wall" of the tower is protected by an outer wall of balconies that provide welcome shade in the humid, tropical climate. The balconies also encourage cross-ventilation and natural cooling of the residences.
