Two 45-story residential towers have been designed for Emaar that are under construction in the $20 billion complex Burj Dubai. "Dubai is a new center of finance and tourism, with beautiful hotels and remarkable shopping, and it is blessed with the wonderful light blue-green water of the Persian Gulf."

These Towers sit on a base that is organized to have elaborate swimming pool facilities and lush landscaping to help filter the sun.

Five story residences about two levels of retail line the major Boulevard and provide the design continuity for this major Boulevard. Parking is handled below grade level for the Residences.
