Acting as the design consultant for the Residential Complex was a very rewarding experience.

The 55-story Residential Towers have been placed on the Parking and Retail base of the Complex at a 45-degree angle of reference. This diagonal organization assures all the residents a wonderful view that is unobstructed. The helicopter pads have been placed at the Apex of each of the Tower to give a symbolic front reference to these Towers.

There is a community pedestrian axis that moves through the center of the site, and has sidewalk cafes and out door theaters along this pathway. Children play areas along with public recreation areas are along this axis.
