Two striking office towers have been designed for Don-Story Development Company close to Moscow's inner city – a restricted-height district where buildings cannot be taller than 125 meters. As with all projects our Architectural Firm designed to suit a specific architectural program and then added public amenities, in this case winter gardens, as gathering places for the city residents. The concept has been taken a step further by situating the winter gardens on top of the two office towers, not on the ground floor as tradition would dictate. This allows those enjoying the gardens to get more sunlight. "These winter gardens were built for both the Russian and international clientele. They give people in Moscow a place to meet, dine and have wonderful conversations during the winter months."
Additionally a hotel in incorporated into the complex along with elaborate shopping on three levels throughout the Base of the complex. Parking and service areas are provided below grade level.
