This landmark Office Tower was the original Bank of New York site in New York.

Our Architectural Firm restored this Tower to its original Landmark state by working with the New York Landmarks Commission and completing a full "Certificate of Appropriateness" with the Commission.

New window facade restoration and a new Mechanical System for the office tower were completed. The main Banking Lobby was also restored under guidance of the New York Landmarks Commission.
