This 45-story residential tower sits in a very dense urban context at 8th Avenue between West 53rd and 54th Streets. The midtown site is ideal for residents who want to walk to their offices and be in proximity to stores, restaurants, and the Theater District.

Using air rights from the Studio 54 Theater, the architect designed the 41-story residential tower above a four-story public parking garage. Retail continuity is provided along Eighth Avenue. The residential lobby fronts West 54th Street and has a service entry along West 53rd Street.

The tower accommodates 345 residences and incorporates a series of setbacks to give each of the living rooms two exposures. Dining rooms are located on the perimeter glass area to provide views. Two-story trellised porches placed at the major setback floors and scale to the residential tower.
